Where's the equity crowd? Thriving in many cities, says new research from the British Business Bank. This new report claims to be the most up-to-date and detailed research into the  SME equity finance market 

This is the third edition of the BBB's annual Equity Tracker report. The principal locations for equity investment in the UK over the last year have been City-based clusters and tech hotspots. Data and additional research for the report were provided by Beauhurst.

Keith Morgan, CEO of the British Business Bank, said: “This research provides the most accurate and complete view of the state of the SME equity finance market in the UK for growing businesses. " Business Cloud observed that half of UK's equity investment goes into tech - but remember, that doesn't only mean IT.
